For all of you who are angry and disappointed. There are only two questions
you need to answer before you misplace that anger and disappointment on the Affiliated Ute Citizens or the full-bloods of
the Ute Indian Tribe:
1. Who is receiving the proceeds from the
tribal assets partitioned to the "mixed-bloods" by federal statute?
2. Who is the distributor of those proceeds?
If you can
answer these two questions for yourselves then you will have gained some valuable insight that will never betray you again
if you use this knowledge for the greater good of the Ute Indian Tribe and be whole again.
Whole just means equal, it does not mean one. Under the terms of Public Law 671 the Affiliated Uintahs
are a seperate and distinct entity from the full-blood members of the Ute Indian Tribe, but we are all equal members of the
Tribe with equal rights and entitlements. Only the tribal trust proceeds (money) is partitioned by percentage between the
two groups as 27.16186% for the Affiliates and 72.83814 for the three bands of the full blood group.
